My car unit not functional for the past 24hrs but they did not pick this up

My car unit is not functional for the past 24hrs no one in thier control room has pick this up until I did n reported this in the morning they promised to look in to it but they didn't. Call them was told they cant find my car in thier sytem.What exactly is being monitored in the control room my car could have been long gone .Told them that this is company car is always on the road need to see its location. Im am very dissapointed.This is a serious metter is taken for granted.
