My book its unlocking it self when I’m driving since new tracker was installed

I have been with Nestar tracker for the past 5 years and I was happy. On the 29th of December 2025 they have installed new tracking device as I was renewing. I used my car on the 30th of December and my boot was unlocking it self when I’m driving. I called them asking so that they can send technician to look what has happened. The gave me case number and promised to come and check it out. Today it’s 12 January 2026 still no one came. I am wondering what should I do in this case.
