My account debited even after cancellation!

I cancelled the policy in writing after my car was a write off. I was made to understand that I need to finish the contractual term which I did. Now that the contract is over and I have written multiple cancellations from May this year. This nonsense company still debits my money! Now they telling me it doesn't reflect anywhere. I also have evidence that this tracker stopped working last year June! I want every cent of mine that was ****** from the expiration date of this contract! PAY BACK THE MONEY!!!
