I bought a car from We Buy Cars in Polokwane and the Salesman persuaded me to install a Netstar tracking Device in my vehicle of which i consented , however my Insurer Miway requires an Upgraded version of that device. I phoned Netstar 4 times now, it's only promises that we will do or we have escalated to a certain department, still nothing was done, there is no response from anybody there. I started writing emails to request the upgrade but still no one response, i wonder how they run this company, is there any management at Netstar or not? Terrible service from one of the biggest Tracking company, i am going to terminate my contract with Netstar because there is no Customer care, no one bothers. I am very disappointed.
