Mpumelelo banda bad service

I got a bad experience from an agent by the name of mphumelelo banda from emergency, I had a query with my panic button not responding, before I could even finish my query he cut my call and transferred the call to the call centre the call centre took the call and advised that he was suppose to assist me , call went back to him he said he will call me back with an attitude I had to call back again to get service, please tell him I am still waiting for his call
