most unprofessional service provided as resolution could not even be provided

No invoices received , no sms for non payment , neither any calls received , being advised from an agent I am suppose to check up on a creditor why they have not debited my account when they have not even made means to send me any sort of notification , and now being told by Leoni Fourie that as a client because I provided a different account number I had to check up with Netstar to why they have not debited when the agreement was for the first debit order date to be the 25-11-2019 which was never debited and than decided to double debit me towards end of December 2019 again without any invoice, sms or attempt of a call , lady was very quick to send me all back dated invoices but I never received either of them .Tracker is a service being rendered daily an a client should have the right to cancel anytime.
