Most Pathetic service ever !!!

I have been battling with Netstar and the service is not good at all. They installed your system yesterday and cannot get it working at all. I went through so many agents this morning but no one can get this working, this is very disturbing ! If you cannot get your devices working how would you find my Car when ****** or I get shot in a hijacking ??? I will be lying next to the road dying and your company will go to a different place as you have no idea where I am !! This Is truly the worst service I have seen in this industry !! This is so pathetic !!!!
