Most Pathetic Company

Good Day.

This company is one of the worst companies i have ever had to deal with. We fitted a tracker and signed a contract with them. From the beginning the unit was faulty. Was fitted on the 20 June 2023 and up to today the unit is still faulty. After i took the car back 3 times and there technician came out 1 time. I have too take off of work because of there incompetence. Lastly i phone them on the 24th July to cancel my contract where they promised me they will put in a new unit on the 25th where i took a day off again for them to fit the new unit. Since now not even a call from them or their tecnician. Now to get out off this they want to charge me a contract cancellation fee of more than R2000.00. This is realy so pathetic and i will take this matter further.
