More than a months notice and account still debited
<p>In September I called Altech Netstar and requested that they cancel my tracking device as I was going with a different company. The lady I spoke to assured me that the account would not be debited. On the 1st November the monthly amount was still debited to my account. Please process a refund as this is not acceptable.</p>
