Misinformation and bad service

I bought a car in 2017 and joined car insurance with Dotsure insurer and then in 2018 they called me to advise me with a monitoring system that will be installed in my car to monitor in case the car get involved in an accident, Good I trusted them and had no problem with it. Fast forward in 2023 decided to sell the car and then I noticed some debit order attempts by Netstar directly to my account then I tried to call netstar and their service was unprofessional and no I didn’t receive any assistance then they decided to hand me over to debt collectors from crediworx then the agent from crediworx explained to me that I was handed over by Netstar and that Netstar has a partnership with Dotsure so I need to contact Dotsure to enquire about the handover. I did that and to my surprise is that I never received any communication from Netstar since 2018 until now when they decided that I’m owing them. Firstly the recording from Dotsure proves that they explained that a monitoring device will be installed in my car and that will be covered for 3 years but no mentions of a tracking system, cause I had no knowledge that my car at that point had a tracker but a monitor for the insurance then went out my way to join a car tracking service from another tracking company and constant communication was made and inspection were made so I was feeling safe car I had installed a tracking device on my car. So how to I owe Netstar after their 3 years had lapsed without any communication made to me that the monitor they told me about is a tracker device? The car was tempered with many times but no communication or services from NEtstar to notify me of those events but has an audacity to wanna debit my account and claim money for no services rendered or lack of communication form them to me? I’M SO DISGUSTED WITH THEIR UNPROFESSIONALISM 😡😡😡🤬🤬
