Messed up Netstar

last year my hubby bought me a car and when we bought it, they told us it had a tracker and my partner was paying for it and we ask them to come check the tracker if its still working and they send someone from the netstar company to come check it and he told us he cant find it and we had to fight with them to come reinstall the tracker of which they didn't come. and early this year my hubby passed and they called me that his owing i related the tracker story to them and told them that person is no more and i dont have the car anylonger and he was the one paying for the account so they must close it and they didnt so i fought with them to close the account but they told me his was paying it but the car is in my name i must pay and i spoke to the person dealing with the payment by the name of Steven and i even wrote emails to him and he said he will solve the issue for me and tell the debt collectors to stop calling me but to my surprise they are still calling me he didn't resolve it and when i call his office his always busy and he doesn't return my calls at all. So after 6 months still he didn't help me as promised because they said they saw that the money was being deducted from his account and they will close the issue.
