I have dealt with tracking companies but netstar is the worst. Netstar constants don’t know their jobs. I received an sms stating there was a rejection on my account of R437 on the 15th of October, number one my account always has money, two I was told that the tracking unit cost R150, contacted them yesterday and Lebogang said she will escalate to finance to call me back which never happened, I then made a call today and find Lebogang who when transferred me to Poketso or whatever her name is, she is telling me they gonna investigate and when I ask the TWT she says 24hours, how did ya’ll not pick up the your billing is not correct, who gets charged for 437 on a car tracking devise? People just do your damn job and stopping ****ming clients by trying to milk them of their hard earned cash, you people are disgusting to say the least and ****** ***********
