Management deceived me

My account was blocked, accelerated to R10k and handed to credit collectors regardless of a query I raised about how no communication was done and how this happened even though I made EFT deposits for all my arrears. I was advised by management that they'll investigate the matter but only received a call advising me that I will be handed over unless I pay immediately.

Ridiculous service. Never use ALTRON ALTECH NETSTAR.
