Malfunction Device

<p>I took a concract with the company when i bought my car in 2013. Then last year i got a job that requires me to write down the km travelled every month and decided to upgrade to safe and sound as my first contract was about to expire. They upgraded my device however it would work for a week and stop working. I would then report it and they would send out a technician to come replace it as i am currently working in Mafikeng and they do not have a center this side. The device have been changed 4/5 times already but im still experiencing problems. From December my car will beep non stop as if i am arming and disarming it, i have been reporting that and till to date nothing has been done. When i want to cancel i get told i will be charged yet its not my fault and i pay them on monthly basis. Sometimes the car will be parked and i would receive a call saying they received a signal that i pressed a panic button. I regret joining this company as they have been nothing but stress and i would not advice anyone to join them.</p>
