I have had the pleasure of engaging with Technician Faez Matthews, who came out for a repair on my Netstar tracking unit after it had been installed. His expert knowledge saved me alot of time and Hassle of needing to make another booking to have the unit removed and a new one installed. He went above and beyond his scope of work by even fixing a small issue I had with one of my door switches and declined any offer of remuneration stating "I cannot charge you for something so small that took me less than 5 minutes" He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient and should be valued as a true asset to the company
