Losers in Vehicle Tracking & Recovery

I had a car purchased in 2006 and installed early alert tracking device from Netsar to have a peace of mind and also to protect my only asset at the time (with Netsar's promise I thought it was a good idea). I signed with Netstar for monthly debit order payments. In 2008, my worst nightmare happened and my car was ****** parked and armed with the Netstar early alert. I reported to Netstar and police immediately. I never got feedback from Netstar. I had to pay additional money in addition to the insurance settlement. Two weeks ago (7 years later) I received a call requiring me to settle my Netsar account for R 750. When I got the call I was exited thinking Netstar found my car. To my dismay, I was told of R750 that I have to settle in my account. I explained that<br> 1. My car was never recovered<br> 2. I never received feedback<br> 3. I paid bank R 13 000 settlement<br> 4. Why was money not debited from my acc<br> <br> R 750 is not much its not comparable to what I have lost. To get a call 7 years after my loss to demand R750???
