Locked into a 3 year contract I did NOT agree to

Ok, I sold my car, informed netstar of the fact, so that they could transfer the tracker to my new car, was told that it would cost over R600... said I would decline that, as it would cost me nothing to get a new tracking device from a different company. Was then told I am locked into a 3 year contract. I disputed that, because the mere mention of a contract would have been a deal breaker for me. I DON'T DO CONTRACTS. Was told they would get the recordings to where I agreed to a 3 year contract. This has been more than 2 months ago. I have made a few follow up calls.... always get told they will revert soon. Still nothing... I will have to call them again it seems. Truly a pathetic excuse of a business. Just look at their reviews here, so stay far away.
