Life threatening event with no action

I was hijacked and kidnapped in a province I've never been. Pressed the panic button so many times and these people still call my phone a lot of times to ask me if I'm okay? What is the point of a panic button?? They only alerted the police hours later... No sign of the tracker trying to follow the car. VERY VERY VRERRRY DISAPPOINTED on this brand, yet they still want cancellation fee with such bad service. This is nonsense and companies must held accountable for lack of service.

This happened a month back till today I'm still waiting for feedback from the bad service query.
