Lies

On the 29 August 2017 my Kia van we ******. Netstar called at 5:21am to say there was movement of the van. My wife checked our camera's and confirmed that the van was ******. According to our camera footage the van was ****** at 4:55am. My wife called Netstar several times to find out if they pick up the signal. I was at Victoria Hospital at the time of the incident, I had undergone an op the day before at 3pm. I ask the doctor to discharge me so I can look for the van with my wife and son. At about 8am we received a call from a guy about 3km from where we live. The van was parked and on the side of the road near a location, My wife then call Sap and Netstar and gave them the location of where the van was. When I got to the scene there was still no sign of Netstar. My tool boxes and machines to the value of + - R40000 was ******. At 10:15 Netstar arrived, about 5 hours later. Netstar insist that the ground staff and helicopter was dispatched, which I know is a lie. If they dispatched an helicopter we and the Sap would of heard or seen it. I have been paying for 3 years? for what if I have to recover the vehicle myself. Rajen and Allister at head office have not been helpful at all. They are not willing to take any responsibility for the poor service. To make things worst no one even called us to see if we were safe? no one even called to make arrangements to take the van back for fitment. I had to make arrangements for the fitment. If Netstar had responded like what their false report shows I would have not occurred all these losses. The least Netstar can do is refund me all my installments if they are not willing to compensate my for my tools that were ****** due to their incompetence.
