Less than a one star

I have given a 1 star but wish i could give less. After being told that i need to have a new instrument installed as mine was out of date after 3 years. I have had nothing but trouble - no fitment, but they keep taking debit orders off. I phone them, they say they will esculate the issue. This goes on month after month. Now I have returned the debit orders, i now have them threatening to hand me over. They have done nothing for the money why should i pay??? The worst service ever - take my advice do not consider using them. This is all after being a good loyal client for 3 years.
