Lack of Service Delivery Extremely Poor Communications

I purchased a Mercedes Benz & Toyota Corolla and requested Altech Netstar to install a tracking unit on the vehicle as I already have a unit installed with them, I sent through numerous communications beginning on the 2017-07-11 it is now for months later and nobody has contacted me to have the tracker installed. I delt with Desiree Schwegmann in Newcastle who was apparently on leave so she had no idea what or why my tracker wasnt being installed I then dealt with Sharon Leslie and even went as far as to send an email to the MD Service Desk on the 1st November 2017 to which I have gotten no communication back. Extremely pathetic service. I wish to cancel my existing Tracking Unit and will be moving to another company. In future I will HIGHLY NOT recommend Altech Netstar to ANYBODY
