Lack of profesionalism

I'm a client for auto and general and with that the deal is included to have a tracker installed. To the point we needed it to be installed, but with work and where the vehicle is standing. I had to arrange for it to be installed outside cape town and the lady I spoke to said i have to contact the headoffice in johannesburg. Called in and ask if they can arrange for setup in clanwilliam and she confirmed yes and needed the adress. Which Iaske if I could contact back to get the correct adress. Before I could call back she contacted me and I gave her the physical adress. Day was booked and time, day came first he will be late. Then called again to say will be in the next few minutes instead a hour later he contacts and says can't he reschedule. Annoyed already for not keeping their word. Back and forth I gave the incorrect details so they wana pin it on me. Which is so pathetic and low.
