keep getting sms's about them handing me over
i have now for the last year been receiving sms's being told that my account as been handed over for collection for non payment, the problem is i payed for 3 years in advance when i got the car from KIA MOTORS NORTHCLIFF in 2013 i have now phoned and them about 5 times besides having to hold on for 30 min at a time just to try and sort out the problem it still cannot be sorted out. this is unacceptable. k
