After my bad encounter with Boitumelo who rudely treated me on a phone call, I later received a call from the company and I did ask for manager so that I can lay my complain. He did listen to the phone call recording and found that indeed I was badly spoken to and escalated the matter, later was given the contact person (Mrs Mchunu) who is in credit department of netstar and after she heard my side of the story and also her explaining what was supposed to have been explained to me by Boitumelo, an apology was extended and a discount was granted as a appreciation gesture. I am happy that management was able to step in and justice was served. Thank you hellopeter
