Just want to upgrade

I phoned the Durban branch to find out if i can upgrade my current system. I have been put through to the J.h.b branch and were put through to 5 differant people. All i want to do is upgrade my current system. Nobody can give me a straight awnser or help me. Hell guys i am willing to pay more and you cant even help me. Now iam worried if your customer service is this bad how bad is it going to get if something happens and you need to track my car.
