I’ve been requesting cancellation of contract for a vehicle I’ve sold but Netstar is making me run around in circles

I’ve been requesting cancellation of contract for a vehicle I’ve sold but Netstar is making me run around in circles. They are very unprofessional and quick to take your money but they fail to provide support with cancellations. I’ve called in multiple times and sent emails but to no success, the experience has been frustrating!
