It's been 2 years I have been trying to cancel my contract with them,they always want to use WhatsApp for communication,they only respond with reference number and say a consultant will call you and it never happens, their customer care number is useless

It's been 2 years I have been trying to cancel my contract with them,they always want to use WhatsApp for communication,they only respond with reference number and say a consultant will call you and it never happens, their customer care number is useless because they put you through from pillar to post and the one time I got through the guy was brutally rude and unfriendly, even last week I contacted them through WhatsApp I'm still waiting for consultant to call mt to cancel my contract.shamefull helpless company.
