IThis is a formal cancellation of both tracking devises that I have with you, I’ve been calling your landline with no help obviously and also no reply from the WhatsApp agent for cancellation of products. Cancellation is due to the fact that you are debiting an amount that I have not agreed to. I called sometime last year and I was told that its for its for Nestar Companion which I did not agree to nor sign any documentation that I’m agreeing to it, I asked peacefully for it to be cancelled and I was promised that it will be cancelled but till today I’m still being debited a whole lot of money. So I’m no longer interested in you’ll services and I will not be paying any amount due to the fact that you’ll can’t keep your promises and you’ll unreachable through you’ll contact lines and I cant be paying for something I absolutely did not agree to.
