Is e-mail communication with Netstar possible?

Does anyone know an e-mail address that works if you wish to write to Netstar? I have been struggling to get someone to explain a bill that they sent to me for a month now. When someone finally called, i fowarded my contract to the e-mail address that this person wrote to me on but no further feedback. I now get these irritating messages "Mr ******. Please urgently call us on *** re your Netstar account. Hybrid Ref STAR109***". I even called this 013 number and instead of someone picking up, there was music. Anyone knows how to get these people to respond to e-mails?
