Invalid account/ and contract

I bought a car in 2013-012-15, then I took insurance that required me to have a tracking device installed. My insurance contacted Altech Netstar to install the device in my car at any place/location I might be at. So I waited for them to come until it was mid-January 2014, they never came. I then took took it upon myself that I take the car to Nelspruit Alech Netstar Branch to have the device installed. Then on the 28-02-2014 My car was involved in car accident, then it was written off. I inform tracker tracker about the tragedy, then Altech Netstar told me to go and recover the device from the car and they will continue to deduct money from account. They are continuing to<br> with that account even when I am not using their device. PLEASE HELP ME PETER.
