Insurane/ Netstar Car tracker

During March 2018 i han an agreement with a car tracking company Netstar. I paid since then until 2022 when my car was no longer roadworthey. I cancelled the agreement but they kept on deducting money and i reversed it each time they deduct. They still keeps on deducting and i cancelled/ blocked them from my bank. The agent/ consultant told me that the agreement i had was for 2 months and after 2 months I'm still contracted to them and when i no longer want to be with them i must inform them even if it was after 2 years. I told him that i send an e-mail to vodacom to cancel to deal. I'm really tired of what Netstar is doing because i was with them for 4 uears and it is like they dont wants to loose me. Please help me as my car is broken . They are saying i owe them R626.82 which i do not know where it comes from because i cancelled the agreement during last year September 2022. They now taken me to their collecors, meaning they need my money by forces. The number which forwarded this information to me is ***. Please help me. Marcus Mooka.
