Installing tracker in my car and not activating it

I was contacted few days after submitting my report to Hellopeter.Orienda and Mohhamed personally attended to the matter.I was called and told that the tracker has been cancelled and I'm nolonger owing the 5000.It was a relief,although their debt collectors(Creditworks) are still calling me about the debt,I'm sure that possibly by now Netstar has communicated with them.The response has been very good,I thank netstar 4 their efficiency and thank Hellopeter for resolving my problem.You just the best.Keep on doing the best.
