installation without approval or request
<p>We have been battling for 3 months now to get a vehicle removed and cancelled that was sold and everytime we log a query we get prommised feedback and yet nobody gets back to us. this is pathetic. why should we pay for a service we did not request and keep paying even after we cancelled??</p>
