Installation of early warning system

In February 2014 I entered a contract with ALTECH netstar to have an early warning system installed in my car. The car was taken to Pietermaritzburg branch for the fitting. I was assured the system was installed and active yet nobody showed me how it operates nor indicated to me where the supposed panick button was. I called their call center a couple of times about testing the device but they always had network issues. Eventually yesterday 03/09/2015...18 months after the \supposed"installation and Netstar religiously debiting instalments from my bank account"
