Installation Fail

We bought a new bakkie. Our insurance made us take netstar as part of the contract. I have been trying to get Netstar to make a booking for me for almost a week. I have phoned them more than 20 times. Get passed from one person to another and everyone will call you back but never do. I need this device installed asap but I'm getting no where. I am so upset. Can it really be so difficult to make an appointment.
