Instal Netstar tracker as per Oakhurst Ins Co

As per Oakhurst MV Insurance, installation of NetstarTracker is compulsory. According to P8 of the Oakhurst contract, Oakhurst will pay Altech Netstar for installation and the monthly Netstar instalments. I was not notified by either party,and after numerous phone calls and correspondence from my side to both Oakhurst and Netstar, with NO feedback from either, was told that I am now liable for payment to Netstar - -and that without my signature. Oakhurst instructed Netstar to hand me over as I have not paid. I have records where Oakhurst is deducting monthly instalments off my account on a monthly basis via debit order. How can I be in arrears firstly? I think staff on either side are to lazy to check their records and is far easier to 'hand over' the clients! Get your act together Oakhurst and Netstar. I expect a letter of apology
