Initial query 4 February 2015 still not resoled

I have been threatened with legal action from some organisation called MBDCS via SMS, they do not answer their phone resulting in me not being able to enquire about the entity or demand. <br> <br> I have tried resolving the issue with Altech Netstar since 4 February 2015 with no response. <br> <br> I have tried making a suggestion which makes business sense but it is clear that Netstar do not value their clients and a continuous business relationship.<br> <br> They are hellbent and would rather collect R1000, of which the court costs will far exceed, than upgrade and add me to a new contract. <br> <br> I suppose we will have to fight this out in court. <br> <br> Such a disgrace. <br> <br> Can't trust the police, the insurance or anyone supposedly servicing the public. They just in it for every cent regardless of people. <br> <br>
