Incorrect billing / refund

My husband bought a new car and transferred the tracking device. They informed him it will be free of charge. 2 months later a deduction went off for the installation fee. When queried, they realised their mistake but refunded less that what they were supposed to.

This is unacceptable as the mistake was made by netstar and not my husband. The full amount should be refunded!!!
