Incorrect accounting, statements and milking of account

<p>Let us be clear, they don't even get a star. After receiving my payments every month the past 6 months. This company Altech Netstar still cannot provide me with a statement reflecting All my payments no. 1. And no 2. The correct amount I still owe them. They have now successfully in writing sent me 3 various statements. Reflecting 3 different amounts. From 1 month to the next, might I just add. To add insult to injury they've handed me over to a company called Creditworx? Is this even legal if they've been receiving payment ? And the final straw tonight I get an sms demanding payment, after sending me an sms on the 2nd of June thanking me for my payment. Do you people at Netstar hire from the New South African academic requirement of 33% or do you aim a little higher and make sure your financial departments have the required academics to do bookkeeping, as it certainly DOES NOT look like it. This milking process is all due to me cancelling their services in writing</p>
