Inconstancy and poor customer service

<br> Altech Nestar has poor customer services. Altech Netstar solicit the services of Credit Worx for debts collection. They make payments arrangements with a clients while on the other hand black listing the client with TransUnion. I was surprise recently when I drew my annual report at TransUnion and realized that I have been fooled. Why Credit Wox still call me to make arrangements whereas the case has been concluded and sent for blacklisting. Altech Netstar should not be trusted as they are not consistent.
