<p>Called into the call centre after seeing a advertised special of R99 for a tracking device and service offered- after giving all the relevant info to Thabo a customer sales agent I received a booking form with my name spelt incorrectly and my registration number of vehicle incorrectly loaded?! I then called in several times to get hold of him and when he finally got back to me had an attitude of note ! His answer to me was ' do you not make mistakes yourself?! Wow I am beyond shocked at the pathetic staff representing such a renown brand. Furthermore the calls are getting dropped each time I try to call back their this morning. How do we entrust that you can deliver on tracking our vehicles when you can't even take down proper info and answer your phone lines???? Completely riddled at your services thus far Netstar Altech!! </p>
