<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>Im so sick and tired of the terrible service from Altech Netstar. I had tracker on my car , i have traded the car and cancelled my tracker and received my cancellation letter stating no more money will be deducted from my account. Altech still takings out money so unprofessional firm. Such a big firm has no ethical principles. Well im so tired of them that the public needs to know and i would never recommend anyone to do business with them. All the staff that has been dealing with me as soon as i send them the cancelling letter no one bothers to give me feedback as there know there are wrong. Altech keeps sending me messages that i need to pay before there hand me over adn there sent me today a message saying there will black list me. Try it Altech and you will be receiving letters from my lawyer as i have proof saying cancelled and no more payments will be deducted. The Manager called me in July saying it will be sorted and now again the same issue is carrying on.</p> <p> </p> <p>Really unprofessional.</p>
