No one at Netstar is aware what their job is. I have been billed for the Past two months fees which I was not supposed to Pay and not anyone can explain why. Phoning in 5 different times and hearing 5 different answers is pathetic. If I had known the level of incompetency I would have never been a member of this joke of company. Employ people who know there job, very easy to take the money but difficult to explain why, stay away from Netstar
