*********** and worst service ever

Useless and unhelpful team who are ***********. I requested a change of banking details for a debit order and I got confirmation that they did but then come month-end they did not debit the right account and then they hand me over to their debt collectors who harass me day and night without understanding the issue or where the shortfalls are.

You send them proof of communication between you and the Netstar but that doesn't stop them from calling you at 7am in the morning everyday.

These incompetence is busy affecting my credit record.
