On the 31/01/2013 i`ve installed tracker with Althech Netstar then the contract was for 2years Account no.*** car registration XZK933GP, but the following year which was 2014 i`ve trade in the car and i notified Netstar to come and transfer the unit to my new car because i`m now going to use another car but nobody came i even took another tracker because there was no way i can drive the car without a tracker so after 3months Netstar called me saying they not getting my monthly premuim then i told them i`ve sold the car and i called them to come and transfer the unit to my new car but nobody came then the person who was calling me said its fine they see what they can do because the car is no longer with me but today i just got an SMS for final notice to make payment on my Althech Netstar account urgent i don`t even know that i`m owing i`ve tried to phone these people before i`ve trade in the car nobody came to transfer the unit to my new car as the contract was still on, now they want me to pay for something i did not use they are the one`s whose been *********** they even list my name as a bad debt for what???
