incompetency of accounts department

People are for the some many time *********** in order to resolve my account through incompetency people imployed they own me money for almost a year but cannot sort out their own accounts now I am suddenly in arrears while I pay more than the required amount have as their accounts manager to contact me but wondering who's doing that job or are their any accounts people as this also did not happened. Hope this is been reported to the executive commity so they can be made aware of this problem as nobody else care about their pathetic customer services.please let somebody with some brains contact me that this canbe resolve and the contracts been cancelled due to pathetic service rendered and arrange for removal of units.PLEACE Nobody must consider doing business with Netstar when experiencing g problems they are unable to solve problems that are their fault.
