Incompetence and Rude agent

Agent harassment, after having tried to settle my sister's acc they told me about the POPI act and l respected that but now because they not been wining with her there is a lady that keep on harrasinh me about the payment even if l tell her l had never had an acc with you guys l wqs just trying to help as l was the regular car user she becomes rude and start insinuating. Can you please respect me and stick to you POPI act and stop calling me.
