Incompetence and Poor Attendance

<p>I have cancelled my account with Altech Netstar in February 2015 and still they debit from my account, this after numerous phone calls and emails communication asking for proof of cancellation, they never phoned or emailed me back in this regard only to find out more than a year later that they still debitted my account and nou an amount is outstanding and handed over for collections. This is really pathetic and I wont ever refer Altech Netstar to anyone due to there poor customer care and cmmunications between Altech Netstar and the client. The only time they will contact you is to let you know that you owe them money!!</p>
