Incompetence
As I wrote a complaint last month on the 15th Denise from Netstar called me but I was at work I told her to phone me after work so that we can discuss about this because I'm not allowed to use my cellphone at work while I'm busy with clients I've been waiting for her call because since then she never called me, my complaint is still not resolved
