Impropperly refunded

From my initial review Netstar rep**** publicly, claiming that the matter was resolved, not true, I was not refunded the amount they owed me. They only refunded R1537.51 of the R3925 I already requested cancellation in march but was only able to get it through whole month later due to their lack of service and then they billed me for an additional notice month which would have been fine if they got it all done and cancelled back in march when I initially requested cancellation. But they waited until the new month rolled over and charged me the notice month amount (2387.49) plus the additional 1537.51(the only money I got refunded)
